hey team fast, yes, bleed system tons, new pump, regulaotr fuel line and fuel rail and it still does it, i am going wacky

Try blocking the tires and putting the ebrake on. Turn the key on so that the pump starts and the system pressurizes.
Work your way up the system tapping the line, filter and such all the way to the top. Hopefully the tapping dislodges the bubbles.
