does anybody know if brake rotors, rear axles, and brake drums are interchangeable on these 3 years? the reason i ask is i know that you can get '90 parts to fit on gen II dakotas so you can have the 5 lug instead of six but the truck i found that i wanna take these parts off of is a '87 and if '87 parts can fit a 90 i should be ok, right?

thank~you
Phil

Raybestos lists the same rotors for '87-'90 so that should work fine for you. The same should apply to the rear axles, brake drums, etc. assuming that the '87 Dak and the Gen II truck both have 8 1/4 rears or both have 7 1/4 rears, etc. I had an 8 3/4 rear built for my '95 so I didn't try to swap any rear end parts in my case.
