I just had my 2001 Quad Cab 4X4 posi unit replaced because it was falling apart at 49,000 miles. Total price $1,400. I argued with Chrysler and I was quite surprised when they agreed to pay for half.

Rammer, congrats on getting some money out of chrysler that is quite the accomplishment especialy if the vehicle is out of warranty.
I'm in the mood to increase the gear ratio and put a locker in my diff but haven't found much for any on-line retailers? I've got a 95 with the 8.25" rear end. The only locker I can find on-line is the lock-rite from summit but I don't want to spend $400 on it if I don't have to
any ideas?
