Message: I had a '97 4x4 with a 5.2 with 97k miles and power everything and could not get anything near $8k for it. I think $5,500 -6,500 is more in the ballpark for a V6 like you described.

Message: I agree with them, there is a 2000 Dakota SLT CC for 8,500 here in NC. It has 40,000 on it.. I would take time and look around a little more.

Message: bought 97 dakota cc sport 5.2 auto loaded with fiberglass tonneau ,392lsd, hd trans csae 40000miles flame red in color and love everythig about it but the mpg. I paid 10k maybe a little high but you have to see tht truck. I'm happy with the deal and that is what matters most.
