2002 reg cab 4.7 auto 2wd.

at 46k miles, my GOD!@! Every time I hit the brakes I get clunking sounds from the front. This has happened since it was new. After tearing down the front brakes, and seeing the design, I guess I know what is causing it...or DO I??? Also, all of the sudden my front end is SQUEEKING at every turn, and every bounce of the front end. I guess its the upper control arm bushings going bad bad already?? I had seen previous posts stating that the exhaust manifolds are too close to the upper bushings... I'm starting to believe it!! I notice it gets worse as the day and humidity are higher....

Anyone having these same problems ??? am I right on my Diagnosis?? Please lemme know!!

I just (after 4 days at the dealership) had my trucks front end fixed (or so I thought). They replaced the entire front end of the truck (sweet!) and they could not find it out. On the last hour of the 4th day, one of the techs looked at the bell housing and noticed a loose bolt, tightened it up, and I have heard another sound from it since.

I do have a very anoyying squeak from around the drivers side front however that they said as long as there is dust around, will never go away... Didnt like that answer...
