I'm constantly replacing the bulbs in my (stock) fog lights on my '98 Dakota 4x4. I'm pretty sure it's actually from the vibrations.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've been using Sylvania bulbs, which are the only one's I've found in my local parts stores. Are there others on the market that may be better? Could something maybe be loose on my bumper that is causing additional vibration? Or could it possibly be an electrical problem?
I would love to hear if others have this problem, or if anyone has found a fix for it.

You are not touching the bulbs with your fingers right? This will cause halogen bulbs to fail early.
Are they getting wet while hot (road splash, rain, etc?

No -- I don't touch them. I'm aware of that issue. As far as getting wet, they are sealed in the lens assembly and technically shouldn't get wet. Plus, I've been getting tired of replacing the bulbs, and now just stop using the fog lights once one of them burns out. But for state inspection (here in PA) they are required to work - and since mine is due this month I bought a bulb and when I turned the lights on to remind myself which one was burned out, they BOTH were. In looking at the bulb, the filament is physically broken and doesn't appear burned out as they often do. So this must happen just from shock.
If no one else is having problems like this I'm going to have to look into tightening things up or something.
