Hey all,

I just put Bridgestone Dueller A/Ts (not the Revos - regular A/Ts) on my truck. They look more like the BFG's so you get the look of the BFG's with the excellent rating of the Bridgestone - not to mention the cost savings. I paid $102 a tire at CostCo (plus $9 each tire for install and road hazard, which includes rotations).

I had the BFG KO's on my old Blazer and liked them, but honestly after 3 days of running the Bridgestone on my Dak I must say I am really impressed! Now lets just hope theres no recall (LOL).

The biggest difference (in looks)between the BFG and regular Dueller A/T's is what BFG calls "the shoulder", the outter tread of the tire, on the BFG's its pretty much square (thats what causes the rocks being thrown up etc) and on the Dueller A/T's this shoulder is rounded.

I bought four 32X11.5X15 BFG AT KO's from CostCo here in Canada for $770.00 CAD including the tire tax($4/per tire), installation ($8-10/tire) and GST(7%). Sweetest deal around by far.

anyone familiar with a humming noise coming from the tires, mainly when turning. driving a 98 v8 kota and the tire wear is also puzzling me. running regular 31's and ever since tires were rotated the humming is quite new. any thoughts>>> anyone?>

Every time that your hearing humming it's due to the tread hitting the ground. When you have bigger gaps in your tread it allows it to be much more noticible. It's due to the fact that the tire is not rolling on the road like a perfectly round slick. It's more like you rolling a #2 pencil with the hexigonal edges on a table versus a round ball point pen. The only difference that I can think of when you got a rotation is that newer tread is now being used in places where it wasn't previously. You might even check for stuff like an unballanced wheel that caused cuffing? That's just my 2 cents. Sorry if I wasted anyones time.

I have an '02 QC 4x4 with stock 265/70/16's and am looking at the Nitto Terra Grappler's but they don't have this size. They do have 265/75/16 or 305/70/16. Is anyone familiar with these tires and or sizes. I do not want to lift just yet.
