Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my 2001 Dodge Dakota V8 5.9L, When I turn on the heater or air conditioner it will not blow out air, but when you get to moving it will bring the outside air into the truck.

If the fan seems to be blowing as it should be, you may have an obstruction near the blower fan or maybe a problem with blend air doors or door actuators.
