If anyone is looking for info on this. I just replaced the leaf spring bushing's in my 2000 Quad Cab to get rid of the horrible squeak from the rear end. It worked; I found the stock crap rubber half way out on one joint causing metal to metal rub. I used the leaf spring bushing set from truckperformance.com

might as well buy the sway bar bushing's too if you have a sway bar cause they do the same thing...
