Stupid question..... where is the CTM in the 97-99 dakotas and how do you know if you have the "base" or the "high line" model? Anyone please help.

its been a while since ive had to replace one but think on your year, look behind the left kick panel where the park brake is. i might be mistaken but, i thought id try to help.
