Message: Kick out the POS 4-cylinder, I droping a 318 backed by a 904 tranny in my 91 dakota. Does anyone have any clue how many 2wd dakota's with 318's were made in 91? From what I have found, they are fairly rare. My major problem right now is finding the motor mount brackets that mount to the frame/crossmember. I saw the setup www.engine-swaps.com, but there is no way in hell i will pay $300 for a freaking kit! Any comments welcome.
