Hi I am looking for a set of R/T wheels for my 01 4x4 dakota. I would like to get a set of chrome ones but I would buy a set of non chrome ones if the price was right!

Both chrome and silver wheels are always available on Ebay. You'll pay a good chunk of change for new ones, but occasionally, though not very often, someone with an R/T sells a set for a better price. Buy the factory wheels over the repros if you decide to buy new.

Why? The ones from Mopar Accessory catalogue are EXACTLY THE SAME as the 'factory.' Doing that will save you a nice chunk of change. They retail for 160/ea. non-chrome, but dealers have been known to go down to 125/ea. I've heard 100/ea, but that's pretty damn low. I got laughed at when I told local dealers I wanted 125. Just keep an eye our for R/T owners buying new rims. They usually just have a set sitting around in their garage.
I got lucky, while looking at dealerships around for the best price, turns out the parts manager at a dealer 40 miles south of me was selling his old set off his R/T.

I have a set of non chrome,original RT wheels,with very good condition Goodyear's on them.I'll be purchasing aftermarket rims shortly.Shoot me a fair price.It'll probably depend on your location,I live in Rhode Island.Let me know,Todd

Hey Todd what kind of Goodyears are on them and what kind of conditon?? I have a 4x4 Dakota so I do not want tires off of a Dakota R/T!! They are not going to do anything for me because they are to small!. Durango R/T's come with 265/70/17 which I would like to run. Maybe even 285/70/17 but let me know and then I will make you an offer. Also send me a pic of them if possible at pawrk@iwon.com
