There used to be a PCM Module offered by Mopar Performance for the 2000 4.7L engine. Apparantly they no longer carry it. It seems that a lot of people are happy with the Jet modules, but I read somewhere that these modules will not remove the REV & Speed limiters. Is this true? If so, any suggestions for a module that will enhance shifting, air/fuel mixture, and remove the limiters?

i would suggest hypertech.. you wont be able to remove the rev limiter, but you can adjust it, same with the speed governer, and the shift points. i had a jet stage 1 in my 01 dak with a 4.7... it seemed like it did adjust the shift points when it felt like it... but i dont remember that much... it was a while back, and no the jet chip did not change the governer or the speed limiter... and if you do decide to go with the jet chip... remember with it you have to coplete a drive cycle, so the on board computer can learn the new program making power... dont expect anything right off the bad, like many of the other people on here have said when they tried it. which means you will slowly gain power, so you wont really be able to feel it as much as an instant power adder
