Message: My truck is going in for service on monday. THe motor has a hissing sound that is incredibly loud, anyway. I was wondering if the warranty on the truck will be good (7yr 100,000) If i have dual exhaust on the truck. Will they still honor my warranty? I hope so.. Or i am going to have to fight them on alll my issues with my truck because I have (mbrp) Stainless exhaust on the truck.
Thanks for your help

It WILL NOT affect the warranty as long as all of the emissions equipment is still in place.
If the dealer gives you a hard time concerning voiding you warranty, contact the company that manufactured your aftermarket exhaust components.
They are well versed concerning these issues and will help defend your rights as a consumer.
