i know there is a meet in carlisle, but i dont know if i can make that one. i was also hoping for one a bit closer...just incase.
i want to do some mods to my truck, but wanted to see first hand what they look like.
any info would be helpful

Where in NY? Poughkeepsie here. I have been looking also but not seeing too much. I am hoping I get the wiring fixed before Carlisle and I may drive down. A few of my friends are going with their cars but they said there are a ton of Dakotas at Carlisle.

Cooperstown, NY here. I do not know of any strictly mopar shows around here. Where are you from? I can find out from my local car clubs to see about any shows.
Daktrep9298, i go to carlisle every year, there were a lot of dakotas there last year. A lot more than I figured. I am registered to show this year again. Taking the Dak, not any of my older mopars.

AD, not sure where you live in NY, but I have not heard of or seen anything that is happening for just Dakota's in CNY and the only show I can think of is the Longbranch Car/Truck show in Liverpool that takes place in the August I believe. I'll be taking both my Daks to that show.
juniork, When you leaving to go down to Carlisle? I'll be driving right by the Cooperstown exit on 81 heading down. Maybe we can convoy down, this will my first time. Did you sign up under DakotaUSA?

That's an easy one. Just get a bunch of guys together and head to Lebanon Valley Dragway for a day. That place is decent. I might hit it up sometime this summer.

Hey, we could set something up here in Poughkeepsie if you want. It looks as though this is centrally located for most. We have a Goodguys Car show the weekend of September 12-15th so that might be an idea. We also have a fun go cart track so we could spend a while their. Just let me know or if you want to start another post asking people if their interested, thats cool.
