Does any one know if they are going to put the hemi's into the dakotas....i know they are putting them into the durango and the stratus....
havn't heard anything about the dakota...
why they would put one into the stratus before the dakota is beyond me...!!!

fcuk u drew, ooo u are soo sure they are putting the hemi into the stratus? wtf are u talkin about. i work for chrsyler here in warren and thats the biggest BS i have heard. the durango will get it, but not until 2005. u moron, u read somewhere on the net that the stratus will have a hemi and u jizz your pants. why dont u tweak your dakota engine and stop crying about the hemi. u think i cried when the new RTs got discs all around? no i fcuking bought the brembo big brake conv. kit for 1800 dollars and i didnt bittch. yea u and vern should go donkey punch on each other and give each other a whos the boss and abe lincoln on your chin

maybe by stratus he meant the next generation LH platform, which i think will be called the LX, which is the charger and 300N, but they will get the hemi according to all of the press, but it will be tuned differently than the trucks, in the latest concept, it was 340HP, 390 lb-ft, i just wish the Magnum SRT-8 would keep the supercharger (430 HP, 480 lb-ft), there would be nothing better than a $33K wagon that trashes the $50K+ Audi A6, all while running a 13.4 on the 1/4

I am wondering if he kisses his mother with that same fowl mouth. I know that the dealer that I work for would not tolerate a mouth like that, or the attitude behind it either. Thats a sure way to keep the dealership's already "GREAT" reputation of being arrogant and pissy.

I am not sure if it is true, but I spoke with the sales manager at both the local dodge dealers here and they both said they are putting the hemi in both the Ram, Dakota and the Durango.
I am not sure if they are just blowing smoke up me arse, but they have never steered me wrong yet. They also said they are making an SRT version of ALL dodge vehicls, (maybe not the caravan) because they do not want the SRT to be linked only to the Neon.

The current dakota will not see the hemi how many times must i say this, the engine will not fit in the engine bay, it may have the same mounts as the 5.9 but the engine it's self is taller/wider/longer
There is no use in making the dakota bigger DC has the RAM !!!!!!!!!!!!
R/T's will get a HO 4.7
