I was wondering where Dakotas were built at? And if they changed to a different location a certain year? I know that some full size Rams are built in Mexico as well as some of the Ramchargers a few years back.

I believe some of the Dakota's are/ were built in Canada.

Rams and the minivans are made in Missouri... maybe Springfield?
I know that the engine blocks are made in Mexico, though

Dakotas were/are all made at Warren Truck(Dodge City) Plant in Michigan---BUT some 1993-1996 Dakotas were built at a jeep plant on Toledo OH.
11th digit of Vin: W Toledo,Oh
S Dodge City
F Newark,Delaware
none were ever built outside the states....so dont worry!!!
All Durangos were/are made in Newark,Delaware

I think that they should start designing them in Texas ( them Texans would put bigger and better components on them ) and they could assemble them in Tennessee ( better assembly plants ).

well the suburban and some Tahoes are made right in the DFW metroplex and Toyota plan on building a plant outside of San Antonio to build the tundra
