I've had a couple of Dak owners tell me that I can change the tie rod ends on my 98 2wd Dakota without having to change the entire rack and pinion as the Dodge dealer insists must happen. I need part numbers. My repairman has checked all his sources with no luck. He said if I can get a part number, he will order it and replace them. Thank you

the only thing that i see on the parts list is tie rod ends R/L 52039000 list is $84.00 each(as per Mitchells crash book)now the number might have been updated,but im not sure....good luck

Thank you, I found some Moog #'s at rockauto.com and have given them to the tire dealer. He's going to order them. We'll see what happens next.
