Howdy,
I have a quick question, I have a '92 Dak with the 6x4.5 inch bolt (correct??) and was wondering how simple it is to convert that to a 5x4.5 pattern. I have front disks and rear drums, is it as simple as getting new rotors and rear axel/drums or what?

Why would you want to convert?

More wheel options, like ralleys to match the Road Runner that is undergoing restoration in my garage.

That's simple, just use 87-90 Dakota front rotors to get the 5-lug conversion, and use the same year rear axles to switch over the rear.

A good salvage yard should have your axles, and I would buy 2 new rotors for your truck.

There you have it...5-lugs and a bunch of wheels to choose from.

Yep they sure are!

I changed the rotors on my '92 and the wheel-bearings were the exact same part number as the older (GenI) Dakotas. So obvioulsy the spindles (at least where the rotors mount) are the same.
