Today, when trying to start my truck, I heard a click noise and truck wouldn't start. Battery has power (radio and lights worked), and I did have all necessary fluids, but when trying to start it would either click or nothing would happen at all. Anyone experience this? It's an '01 4.7. Thanks.

It still may be possible that the battery is "dead". I had the same problem where my starter would either click or nothing would happen. All my lights and accessories still worked fine, there was just enough juice to supply enough current. There may not be enough juice for the starter. If that's not it, then its probably the starter like the others say.

Since you hurd a click the solenoid was working. But the starter probably didn't have enough juice. I've had alot of problems with starts on FORDs (they suck) and GMC's. Sometimes just giving the starter a tap with a screw driver will get it going. Or it is possible the electrical connections to the starter are gone.
