Message: First you have to pop the little rubber drain plug on the back of the diff in the back, have a container to catch the fluid, you will have to suck, or pump the fluid out when it won't drain any more. When empty, add proper oil, around 75-90w, and you should add a can of friction moddifier for your limited slip also. Fill up till oil runs out the hole and replace the drain plug. If the noise dosen't go away, your limited slip is most likly shot, or going bad. Hope that helps.

Message: nope limited slip, you can also undo all the bolts and drop cover as long as you get the gasket making sealent dont know exatically what it is called to put around the cover and put back up...up to you (you will be able to get all the fluid out and check magnetic strip at the bottom), then fill up through drain plug

Message: Limited-slip is the same thing as "Posi". "Posi-Traction" is the brand name used for GM vehicles that have Limited-slip differentials.

Message: Take off the rear cover, drain all the fluid, flush the whole rearend with carb cleaner, let dry, clean cover sealing area and reseal with mopar RTV or the right stuff, refill to approx. 1/2" below the hole opening with redline gear lube or at worst mobil 1 and go to the dealer and get the hypoid additive, the redline has it in already but more won't hurt and it will help.
Drive slowly and recheck fluid.
