Message: I am getting a odd grinding sound from what seems to be my front passanger side it only happens under about 25mph and goes away the minute i tap my breaks no matter how light i touch the break. It has just recently started the truck only has 30,000 miles on it. Any suggestions Thanks.

Message: dude, i am also hearing a grinding sound, but it sounds like its coming from the drivers side. and it just recently started on my truck with 35000 miles. Mine seems to start when i let up on the gas then goes away when i push the brake. How wierd, anyone know what this is?

Message: Your guy's best bets would be to jack the front ends up and take a look. Its possible its brake caliper seezing (bad spelling on that word). When you touch the brakes the hydralics loosen up that rusty/seezed bit some. And when you are on the gas, the torque from the wheel does it. Something you might wanna try if your not for doing mechanical things yourself, is spay some brake cleaning fluid onto the disc (using directions on the can) and see if that fixes it.

Message: also check the heat shield on the truck side of the rotor, on mine it was bent in slightly and barely touching the rotor, so i took and bent it back out just a hair and completely fixed it
