 Subject: White Letter Tires

I've got the stock Wrangler tires on my 2000 QC. I would rather a different set of tires, but need to work out the expenses first. Anyway, all the paint on the Wrangler lettering on the tire has rubbed off, or looks like hell even after scrubbing the tire down with Wesley's Bleach-white. Does anyone know what kind of paint I should use to touch up the lettering and get that white letter tire look back?

unless u've hit the curb and tore them off, i use comet and a brush
if they are really bad have the letters turned to the inside

I clean them when they are dirty, but there are a lot of gaps of missing paint. And I WANT the WLT out.....I hate flat black tires.
