I used to get that bad in my mustang gt. I got a dual wiper set up. Worked great up to 80-90mph.
The goofy fins helped hella bunch, but looked too goofy, so I took em off.

You're in luck! I had a '92, and I used 1990 Dodge Caravan wiper blades with the little airfoil on top. Fits a GenII perfectly. I put them on primarily for looks, but they do work on the lift problem. Anco still makes them, I believe, or Mopar dealer.
