Hi Gang,

You might have seen this post before but I can not find it anywhere so I decided to rewrite this so I can get some help and info. Well here we go.

I have owned a 1990 club cab v6, 1992 club cab sport v8, and now I am about to quad cab my driveway. I plan to send my 96 dodge (crappavan) caravan to Carzilla and replace it with the v8 quad cab. These are my issues with the quad:
1. Which year should I purchase?
2. Should I get 4x4 or not?
3. Which year quad has the most options?
4. Any suggestion on what to look for in problems that could help me negotiate a better price and signs that could help me avoid a Lemon.
Now regarding the modifications that I would like to do to the quad cab. I would prefer to get a 2000/01ish:
1. I would like to have the bed of the club cab does anyone know if some one has done it?
2. I would like to save and buy a V6 then since I need a club cab for the frame and bed maybe get a front damaged club and transplant the engine.
3. If it is 4x4 is there any cheap but proper way to lower it so I can get better handling like my 92 did? (test drove a new one today and the sales lady is still biting her nails. Nice ass but that is another story)
4. Sound wise do I really need to put subs to get a great sound because is I do I will lengthen the cab behind the seats to accommodate this since 3 inches would not matter after adding the longer bed.
5. Sun roof that is a ragtop. What would have to be done to get this done without messing up the structure?

I know I have lot questions that may sound far-fetched but I really would like to have what I like. Fell free to either comment or give helpful hints.
