I had a passenger side floorboard leak from rain and the AC. I know lots of people have similar leaks so this may help.
Look at vent where the heat comes out. It is the lowest part of the dash area on the passenger side. If you can move it around then you have a crack. A passengers feet can kick it and put a crack in the little pice of plastic that suspends the vent from the stuff above it, which happens to be part of the AC system. If you put your hand on top of the vent and feel any air or suction when the AC is on then you have found your crack. Put some silicone on it and seal it up. Problem Solved. Good luck.
