the stampede package on a dakota is the same thing as the xtreme package on the chevy s-10. Its just a dak with a body kit like the xtreme is just an s-10 with a body kit. No extra engine mods or anything. In fact when i went and looked at one neither of the two stampedes they had had power windows or locks, just a cd player and thats all with a 4.7l auto.

Just to add to the above the "Stampede" effect is now standard on all R/T's.
Here is a link to the pics of my 03 R/T that I just got yesterday with the "Stampede" ground effects. They are very mild in comparison to the Chevy extreme ground effects.

The first Stampede I saw had a V-6. It "visually" lowers the truck. The add-ons behind the back wheels looked a little out of place. The front air dam is the best piece.
