Please help i got a big problem trying to find moutor mount convertion kits. can anyone help please.
I have a 93 3.9 4x4 dakota. I alread bigtime rebuilt a 74 318 from a dodge dart. Dodge change the motor mounts in the 80's from the front of the motor more towards the middle. so does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do or where i could go to get help on this oh so mind blowing problem. i would really appreciate your help, i'm only 20 and new to the mopar fam. thank you.

www.engineswap.com didnt work they only do 2x4. but does anyone know if they made a 88 or 89 4x4 will those motor mounts work or do they have to be v8 cause' they didnt make 89 v8 dakotas.
what year did the change the motor mounts?

Schumacher Industries makes the motor mounts and brackets to put your old style 318 in your Dak but the electronics is your big problem if you want everything functional and stay fuel injected. It really would be better to rebuild a magnum v8 (5.2 or 5.9). They make more power and is a drop in replacement. Schumacher Creative Services' web site is www.engine-swaps.com or call 206-364-7151.

hey i have a 1999 dakota with a 3.9L V6 and i bought a 360 v8 that i wish to put in it but i cant find any conversion stuff for it such as motor mounts and what not.Any help would be much appriciated. -Thanks-
