Welcome to the Slowpar slow truck club. I am sure you will spend plenty of time in here disapointed on the performance of your new slow Dodge looking for help and comfort, even after spending loads of cash to make it faster only to see little or no results. All the Slowpar junkies in here will just pull you into their own denial and have you chase that magic mod of the week that never seems to really work.

Yeah no mods work on these dakotas....i mean....those 4.56 gears i installed really don't do anything....i have more off the line power but it must be imagined...oh and i bet a supercharger is a real waste of time...i mean who cares about pushing 300 hp???

I bought a Dakota last January and I love this truck . If someone wants neck snapping performance doen't buy a truck . I have the 4.7 and I thinks It's great ! It has the same horse power as the Ford 351 I sold and gets better gas milage . I think LouNY will enjoy his truck because he bought what he wanted .
Why would someone who doesn't like Dakota's spend the time at this site ? Sour grapes ?

Welcome to the Fastpar fast truck club. I am sure you will spend plenty of time here more than happy with the performance of your new fast Dodge reading what losers like jealous slowpar write not even having to spend money on it because the already go fast. Guys like slowpar will try to pull you into their denial of what a great truck these are because they got the wrong kind.

I picked up my 03 dakota about 3 weeks ago... I love this truck so much. 2003, Club cab, Graphite gray, Sport plus pkg. Limited slip diff. 4.7L V8, and the best part of it... the 5spd trany. If you didn't get the 5 spd standard you're going to cry later, especially if you are going to be pulling a travel trailer.

Don't pay any attention to slowpar, she's harmless. A while back her old man dumped her for a hottie who drives a Dakota. She never really recovered. She seems to think coming to this site and making a fool of herself will somehow get him back.

Congrats on truck what did you get V8 ?? QC?? SLOWPAR is correct to a point, I would stick with the cheap mods Good cold air intake, exhaust,and the little stuff that frees up the HP in your truck, rest of it is a waste of $ Better spent on Exterior looks.
