He will negotiate. The truck is located in Central Cali, and a ride from the airport can be aranged. The guy is my neighbor so if you have any questions. I can find out for you. Here is a post I made earlier about it:
Met a gy tonight who just moved to this area. He saw me in my truck
and followed me home. He has a '98 red CC for sale if anyone is
interested. Bone stock except for dual exit flowmasters, and Rhino
lining spray in bed liner. Has 80K miles on it, and he aid it was
very well taken care of. Currently has the Dunlop Sport Rover GTX
tires on it, but says they are in need of replacement. His name is
Conrad Bicknell, and his phone number is 757-581-2448 He is asking
$11K OBO. Give him a call, or get a hold of me. The truck is
located in central Cali(Fresno area). Arrangements can be made to
be picked up in style form the airport in a sweet ass '00 white CC
The truck needs new tires, and I can set something up for you through Discount Tire(America's Ties in Cali) for a cheap set of Kumho's. They are what I'm currently running on my '00 R/T, and we coudl possibly get them as part of the deal with the truck.
