Message: I use the AC Delco pf13 oil filter in my truck. Walmart didn't have any in stock so I went over to the GM dealer to pick one up. They gave me a pf13c. I asked the guy if it was the same filter and he said that he assumed it was and it may have been upgraded.
Anyone know what the difference is (if any) between the pf13 and the pf13c.
