Subject: Manual Vs. Automatic PCMs
IP: Logged

Message:
I think I have a problem. I have a manual transmission Dakota that I am swaping a 5.9L into. But I have the Mopar Performance PCM for an automatic truck. Can I still use the PCM in a manual tranny truck? The engine came out of a 1995 Ram automatic. So can I use the PCM or do I need to get a new PCM?

Thanks
Dan

Manuals and Automatics use different PCM's. You need a different PCM for your Dakota. Sorry.
