Message: that makes no sense... so you are claiming that the everyday driver is "ricer-like"? People who dont want performance but buy for looks is the non modified regulars out there... ricer-like would be getting your mom's 91' 4 door accord, adding a folgers can to the exhuast, putting on blue washer lights, and heating the springs up till the car sits 1" off the ground...

i'm anti good cars/trucks with crappy performance, but that's just me, and i'm probably wrong in a couple cases.
a 2wd v6 quad cab (assuming he won't turbo it like you have) is wrong in my book, but what do i know, i like v8 trucks with 35" tires with locked front/rear.

Message: YOU my friend are a dumbfu--.
to say that anyone who likes lifted trucks is a "sister spankin' redneck" is one of the stupidest f---ing things anyone could say.
Why don't you get your head out of yer mom's cun*t and think before you type.
Its not about redneck or not, but a matter of preference.
In a slight fender bender your slammed truck is f---ed, where-as mine won't even have a scratch. If someone opens their door hard I don't have to worry about them scratching my car, whereas you'll start crying and run to a body shop. I would also love to see you drive through 2 feet of snow.
Fukcing idiot.

Message: That's not what I meant spawn, I've seen a bunch of "lifted" trucks that looked good. I've obviously touched a nerve with you, I see you've harnessed then released your full vocabulary on that last post.
The reason I called YOU a redneck is because of the way you bashed Greg who owns an incredibly fast and great looking v6 dak, along with that truck for 10k on ebay.
Your points on a raised truck make no sense in fact one of my friends had a z71 with a 6" lift on 36" thornbirds and one day a lil 4-banger civic rear ended him only doing 20mph and snatched his rear axle out. If his truck wasn't only 2 years old it would have been totaled, that tin can car did over 4500 worth of damage to his mud slinging beast. I've been rear-ended twice in the past and have never had a bill over $1100.00.
As for the snow, I live in Delaware... this year in a single 48/hr period we had 26 inches fall but here is the thing, in most cities and suburbs we have these things called snow plows that clear the roads asap. You see once a group of humans settle in an area they may aspire to build a successful town. In order for this to happen effectively taxation must begin to promote a local govt. and build such things as libraries, schools, and support city services such as snow plowing etc..
Next time your buddies are at the field party talk to them about maybe pitching in and at least build a library, you need to read a bit and expand your vocabulary. Once you get things going, hire someone to plow your little town my friend! Get them setup on a contract and the days of you needing your 35” tires to make it to the tackle shop and deer jerky stand will be long gone!

Message: hey spwan you know whats sad? if you even own a lifted truck (which is highly doubted) its most likely a tar baby. The most mud it will ever see is when you drive down a gravel road after a rain storm and "think" your mudding. If you want to talk about serious mudding let me know once you have grown some pubic hair

- What did you mean by "a straw chewin', sister spankin', pumkin chunkin redneck... I should have known better." ? Pretty self-explanatory.
The reason I called YOU a redneck is because of the way you bashed Greg who owns an incredibly fast and great looking v6 dak, along with that truck for 10k on ebay.
- Hold on a fukcing second. How did I bash him? I simply said that a 2wd V6 quad cab is "ricer-like" IMO because its underpowered, heavy, and 2wd. I replied to him with a "a 2wd turbocharged V6, i should have known better" meaning that I just got proved wrong on the fact that all V6s are underpowered.
Your points on a raised truck make no sense in fact one of my friends had a z71 with a 6" lift on 36" thornbirds and one day a lil 4-banger civic rear ended him only doing 20mph and snatched his rear axle out. - Hahahahha. Your friend must have been a dumb-fukc then. Believe me, a 20mph accident is NOT going to snatch a D60 with some tough control arms. Sorry, just doesn't happen. He was probably running 8" of body lift with stock axles and 36s, in that case that serves him right.
As for the snow, I live in Delaware... this year in a single 48/hr period we had 26 inches fall but here is the thing, in most cities and suburbs we have these things called snow plows that clear the roads asap.
- I'm glad you agree that you can't make it through 2 feet of snow. Also, what do you do when an intersection is flooded 2ft high from a storm? Drive around it while I drive straight through it.
Again, you are being completely ignorant of lifted trucks/SUVs and are basically not seeing any bonuses to it. You also made yourself sound like a COMPLETE idiot with the redneck comment, which was provoked how? Oh I remember.. I said I like V8 lifted trucks.
Get out of your little f---ing cave and understand that people have different opinions, there is no right or wrong.
You see once a group of humans settle in an area they may aspire to build a successful town. In order for this to happen effectively taxation must begin to promote a local govt. and build such things as libraries, schools, and support city services such as snow plowing etc.
- Refer upwards and tell me what to do in case of a flood. By the way, streets get flood big time here in Los Angeles when the storm hits, and people get stuck in that all the time.
- And this has Absolutely nothing to do with my post.
oh and I don't own a lifted V8 pickup yet, but am getting one in a month. Its a hobby of mine however to wheel my SUV and learn as much as i can. Owning one really has nothing to do with my statements.
Thank you, come again.

Message: correct Todd my point exactly! I mean hell, a 2000 civic 4-door LX is worth 10 and which would you rather roll around in. Hey spawn it's all good man, to be honest I had just wrapped up another level in command & conquer:generals so thats why I went off on the town building thing hah. You know whats funny though, this cat selling the truck has no idea that were all raging out here over the damn thing. Hey spawn your probly right about the z71, brad was 19 at the time so I'm sure he didn't strengthen anything.. just went with the lift/tires so who knows.

Message: Good to see you're cool.
Nicely setup trucks make a HELL of a tank in an accident. Had a guy on another board get into an accident with an el camino i believe... the other party was drunk and hit him HEAD ON at 50mph..
Axles snapped off (NO reinforcement could have prevented that) but the body/frame was just sitting there!! It was a funny sight to see.
p.s. no hick here, all west-coast city of angeles. nothing wrong with hicks actually, its the sister-spankin that made me mad.
All in good fun.
