 Subject: loose window?

I have an 02 QC with about 9K on it with PWs. The other day I noticed the drivers window rocking one way when being raised and then the other when lowered. If stopped halfway (up or down) and then grabbed by hand I can pretty easily move the window forward and back about a 1/4 inch. The passenger side doesn't move at all when I try this.
Took it to the dealer and the tech lubed the tracks and said "performs as designed". What? Anyway, has anyone else noticed a loosening of the window and then taken it in? Did they fix it? I'm probably going in again this week - its just such a pain to do.

Had the same prob. with '00. i took the door panel off and tightened the bolts on the control arms. took care of the prob. hope that helps.
