 Subject: 1998 Dakota 5.2L Oil Capacity ?

All,
I have a 1998 Dakota 4x4 5.2L and the owners
manual calls for 4.5 quarts without filter. Waht
is the total capacity with filter change ? 5.5 or
6.0 quarts ?

The filter should only hold a half a quart so I would believe that it is 5! Unless I am mistaken!
