I just picked up my '03 Quad last night and have two questions:
1. It was a Sport plus, but not "Dakota Sport" decals on the door? It does have decals on teh tailgate though? is this right?
2. I got the 60/40 bench seat option with the business console in the armrest, but the arm rest doesn't open! That's a lot of storage space for CD's, maps, and such! Anyone get one?

That's factory correct. The 2003 Dakota R/t only has a decal on the tailgate also. Some people like the no badge cleaner look.
I am one of those that prefers not to advertise what I have. I am actually happy that I don't have the Dakota 5.9 stickers on the side as previous years. I guess its just a matter of personnal taste.

I just responded to another post that I had the same issue with my 2003 Quad Cab and the split bench armrest not openning.
I have my dealing looking into it because- it is not listed on the options list, it is show in the 2003 Dodge Trucks Brochure, the truck I test drove had it, and it is in the owners manual!
By the way, mine only has 4x4 stickers on the sides and Dodge SLT on tailgate. I like the clean look, in fact I might remove the 4x4 and SLT stickers so it just says Dodge.

Scott, Just picked-up my '03 Quad Friday night with the split bench seat and have the same issue that the arm rest doesn't open!

all dodges except the Ram have all of their badges on the rear deck or tailgate now, including the dak, durango,neon, stratus, intrepid, and the minivans, the only exceptions i believe are the SLT Durangos may still have the slt badge on the B pillar, but im not sure
