 Subject: changing stock headunit

Hey guys, I have a 2000 cc with the infinity sound system. The cd player in anal and only plays my burnt cds once in a while so I'm going to be putting my pioneer cd player in it soon. I already have the pioneer so I figured this is a good reason to put it in. My question is as follows: I have heard that the infinity sound system has amps on each speaker, does this mean that I am going to have to run all new wires?

hey 00dak all you have to do hook the remote wire from the head unit you are putting in to the blue wire on the install harnes (hook's to aftermarket head unit plug's into factory harnes) not sure on you'r 00 but on my 02 needed antana adapter
