 Subject: Gear Shift Lever

97 Dakota, V6 auto transmission.
During winter the knob at the end of my gear shift lever cracked and broke nearly off. I have kept it on with good old duct tape.
Does anyone know the cheapest way to replace the gear shift lever? Are there any custom made ones for better looks?
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!!!

Oh ya I almost forgot...It is a steering column mounted shift lever.
