You see so few Lightnings on the street because they sit in the driveway while the owner commutes in his 4-banger Ranger because he can't take the time to stop to feed the gas guzzler every morning.

L's are quickly becoming the mustangs/camaros of Y2K(ie:Belly button cars). I see more L's than RTs around here(NJ)on any given day.They all seem to have an EGO because they're driving in an ugly ass F-Series truck,with a s/c'r in it. They really seem to like it when you point at them and laugh,it's usually a clueless 17yr old who's daddy paid for the truck.
Tell me one thing,all mighty L owners(I use that term loosely). Why is it an RT owner can take the $$ they saved over buying an L(8-10G's),do some rather simple bolt-ons,and hang with your ugly ass,all mighty L,no problem? Without even needing a power adder? ...and have a much nicer looking truck to boot? I guess that's why I get a good laugh every time I see a "proud" L owner,driving down the street..looks like farmer threw a s/c'r on his field truck,and called it a hotrod! lmao WTG idiots!

Well it's done, I got rid of that disapointing mislabled as a performer R/T like I said I would. I got a great deal after negotiating($27,00) on a regular cab, stepside, 02 Lightnig with supercharged 5.4 and 3.73 locker rear end! This thing is great, fully loaded and FAST! It is new, but left over from 02 and they wanted to get rid of it. When it was all said and done they said I got what they called "A" plan pricing, I don't care what that means as long as I got this killer truck for a great price. I did go look at the Hemi Rams, but those Dodge HOMOs didn't want to come down lower than 26k. I am glad they didn't because I got a way better truck for only 1k more! I will never come back here again so flame away! I am moving on and forward and leaving you sh!t bags in my rear veiw mirror in reallity and figuratively!

Prove it with a pic of yourself and your new 2002 lightbulb you freakin' GEEK!!! I,m sure they have lots of 02 lightbulbs leftover in the middle of the 03 model year get real.
