 Subject: Anyone know how to find previous owner?

Just wondering if anyone happens to know how to track down the previous owners of vehicles. My guess if that I will have to go to the local DMV and track them if I can even do that. Any replies are appreciated.

DMV is one route, have you considered getting with Dodge and bachtracking through their records [warranty search info]?

In the state of Ohio the titles that are issued show the name of the previous owner or the dealership that you bought it from.
