Hey guys, I got a 2001 4x4 3.9L V6 LSD stock.
I want to pull some trees out of the ground, they are basically slightly overgrown Christmas trees. Do you think I will have a problem? I dont want to get there and get crap if I cant pull them.

if your truck can't pull a 10 ft tree down you have some serious problems... might want to have a couple buddies sit in the bed for traction... shouldn't be a prob at all..

When I bought my house I pulled some 7' tall evergreens out, my biggest problems were traction and breaking the rope. With the 6 and 4-lo you should have no problems.. jsut hook up and walk away from them.. be ready to cut some roots though, that is what I had to do....

I pulled mine with my bumper, for a couple I even had to get a running start of maybe 10 miles per hour to overcome the traction issues... 2wd sucks on grass...

You know they have these things now called chainsaws. They work great for taking down trees. Just use and old chain to cut the roots.
