Subject: Trans Flush - Which Fluid To Use? IP: Logged
Message: A quick question - I'm coming up on 30K miles and it is time to have the trans flushed. I have the 4.7, auto. I'm debating whether to replace the fluid with synthetic or not.
Do any of you have long term experience using synthetic trans fluid (50K + miles)?
Oh, I sometimes pull a 2500lb boat, if that makes a difference in your recommendation.
Any strong feelings one way or the other on which type of fluid to use?
