Subject: What tools are needed? IP: Logged
Message: Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone knows what tools are needed to change the front brakes on a 2002 dak? I just got some new rotors and want to install them.
Here are a few pics of them if you would like to take a look.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Message: A lug wrench, jack & stands, hex wrench, caliper spreader. That's it.

Message: it's either a 7 or 8 mm... you can get an entire set that go on the end of a 3/8 ratchet for like $10.00 for the caliper spreader I use the vise-grip pliers with the wide jaws... the 6 inch work really well. here's a pic if you don't know what i'm talking about.

Message: Cool, thanks for the info... maybe I'll try to get it done this weekend. I'll also try to take pics along the way and get them up on my site after.
