Will the center fold down seat fit in a reg cab 99 that has that center console? Also how much do those chassie tech springs drop a v6? What is shipping on these?

The fold down came out of my regular cab and 3 inches. I don't know on the shipping. I'll find out. Also have stock V6 springs for the front.
