Message: Quick question, a friend of mine has a brand new A-518 tranny I can get dirt cheap. I currently have the 5.2L. (with I assume the A-500? Is that the same as the 44re?) Will the A-518 bolt up behind the 5.2L? I know the electronics would be different, but can those be swapped?
