I've bought two dash kits from them, very good quality and good customer service. When one of the pieces didn't fit right, they sent me a new piece without question. Not to mention they are in NY where I live:)

I would give them very high marks. Same thing took back an alarm that I couldn't get installed and swapped speakers as well. You pay for what you get though. Meaning its not the greatest stuff but its presentable and works.
