Will it 'fit'... yes. Will it work? Well--- The 95 is OBD-I and is an EGR intake (you'd have to block the EGR port). The TB is an OBD-I, with idle ports in the barrels... Will run, but not idle-- plus the linkage is different, and will require a linkage or cable swap.
Basically it's a step backwards, and no performance advantage.

found a 01 TB at a junkyard here in town, they want $100. for it. I drive an 00. If I buy this TB should I also try and get the intake as well? Is $100. too much for a used part?
