I need to sell my 99 RC R/T with 50k miles, but dont know how much to ask. Yes I know about Kelly Blue book, I just want your opinions. Incase it matters I live in California. It has been lowered 4-5 with a custom c-notch. New tires on the stock R/T rims which have been chromed. MSD-6a ignition. Intake. Street Scene Speed Grill on upper and lower valances. Clear Corners. PIAA Super White headlights. Remote Starter. No dents or scratches (except in the bed).

You will be far below the Blue Book, due to the mods. While you may find the mods an asset, in the real world, mods make people nervous as they don't know who did the work or what else you may have done to the truck.

Stock vehicles in good condition is what the Blue Book values tend to represent.

For the best value, I would turn it back to stock as much as you can, and shut up about whatever you did to it.

Good luck.

Here in Cali lowered trucks are what everyone wants (ok raised too). To be honest Im hoping to find some kid just out of high school to buy it. Not because I feel they're stupid and an easy target but because they dont have the money to spend to do what I have done to it and someone older just knows better.

I would return it to stock but I since I lowered it so much I had to have my drive line shortened. And I would have to get another set of new tires because the ones I have on are low profile and would look pretty stupid on a stock R/T.
