Its been snowing here alot latley and just today when I went to shift my truck back into 2 wheel drive from 4 wheel drive, the shifter didnt want to go. I finally got it after a long time up working with it. Is this the transmition or what else could it be? Please help!

naw it would be a fussy transfercase. i had that on the 99 i had when i hadnt taken it out of 4wheel drive for about a week. it helps if you take out of 4 after you drive it around a bit and get it warmed up. good luck.
