my heater setting where it suposed to blow heat on the floor will not workit just blows cold air but the heat goes out the defrost/vents like normal was woundering if any one else has had same prb help my feet are getting cold !!

I have a 2001 QC 4x4 and brought it to the dealer. There is a service buletin for this. Apparently, the opening for the heat is blocked by something. They ordered a bracket or something and fixed it N/C.
